In its 11th edition this year, the ZEE Jaipur Literature Festival is a literary stage that experiences a tremendous footfall each year. With a rapidly increasing number of literature aficionados, writers & poets keen to be a part of the ‘Greatest Literary Show on Earth’, it indeed was a great responsibility to manage the registration & ticketing processes efficiently.
At EventBot, our team ensured a hassle-free experience for registration & ticketing both online & on-ground for the literature festival & JBM (Jaipur Bookmark). The online registrations & ticketing commenced months ahead of the festival. These were segregated into types like general registration, delegate registration & press registration. Printing of festival passes of all categories was centralized to avoid leakages in the estimated & required passes during festival days. Our team worked with ready to use badges from back-office to avoid leakage & mishandling.
A revenue growth of 37.73% was recorded due to the efficient & streamlined registration & ticketing process. Smart logistics was the primary objective of our planning & work management for ZEE JLF ’18 & JBM to make their registration & ticketing process successful.
