Creating Buzz with Engaging Digital Solutions at India Industrial Fair ’18

The fifth edition of one of the largest industrial trade shows – ‘India Industrial Fair 2018’ was hosted by Department of Industries (Govt. of Rajasthan) and Laghu Udyog Bharati in Jaipur. Its aim was to attract buyers who actively source new and innovative products from India and around the world. This event offered the participating companies a unique platform to exhibit their products and services.

We were present on-site to organize several deployments which engaged the audience and provided them with a unique experience. The three deployments were – Live Streaming, Selfie Booth and Pledge Booth.

Live Streaming
The challenge in front of us was to implement an efficient live streaming service for the whole event on three platforms – Facebook, YouTube and their website.

Any interruption in the process which starts right from getting the signal from the camera and ends with the content reaching on the screen of viewers can make or break the streaming. So, we made sure that everything was working before the beginning of the main event by running test sessions. The event was live streamed on the official page of the event on Facebook and their website. Live streaming helped people from all over the world witness the happenings of the trade show, hear the keynotes from the speaker and connect with the audience.

Selfie Booth & Pledge Booth
We also deployed two booths at the event location. One was the Selfie Booth where all the people and VIPs were able to click pictures and share it on Email and Facebook.

The other one was a Pledge Booth. In this activity, a pledge along with the picture of the person, which was clicked at that booth, was displayed on the map of Rajasthan. The person could select two types of pledges from the touchscreen on the booth. The activity captured the interest of many people accompanied with the participation of Honorable Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and many other VVIPS.
