Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with local and federal regulations
  • Plan and deliver employee training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on how to conduct effective performance evaluation
  • Provide guidance and counseling to employees on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and career development
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and investigation
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and other HR-related documents
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management on HR-related trends and issues
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Employee engagement activities


  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
  • Solid communication skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Hands on knowledge and experience in employee relations, employee engagement etc.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
